Mr. Norris is a named partner with Norris,Tysse, Lampley and Lakis, LLP--the Washington , D.C. management labor and employment law firm with which EASI is affiliated. Mr. Norris has served as President of the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC) since 1988, and has been a principal with EASI since its founding in 1990. He has spent more than 25 years advising major corporations on how to comply with federal and state nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements. He utilizes this experience through EASI to advise senior management on a wide variety of employment issues including (1) what the laws require of them both as individuals and as corporate leaders, (2) how to develop and implement compliant employment practices, (3) how to use such practices as a basis for establishing voluntary, proactive employee-relations initiatives, and (4) the significance of their visible, personal leadership to the effective implementation of their company's employment programs. Mr. Norris also has successfully guided numerous companies and their senior management through the complexities of OFCCP Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and the Cornell University Law School.
