Prior to joining EASI in 2000, Ms. Turner spent 11 years with the Shell Oil Company, including stints in the Legal Organization and the Joint Venture External Business. While with the JV, Mauricia was involved in the data management and application development of a multi-functional audit program. She most recently worked in Shell’s Equal Opportunity Organization, where her responsibilities included the development of 44 AAPs, EEO-1/VETS-100 reporting, and supporting the Diversity Organization in developing the quarterly Diversity Scorecards for other Shell units.
