Laura Anne Giantris joined EASI in 2004 as a senior consultant. Prior to joining EASI, she worked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where she served for various periods as Assistant Legal Counsel, as Special Assistant to former Chair Cari Dominguez, and as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Legal Counsel. Prior to law school, Laura served as an Investigator in the EEOC’s Washington Field Office. Between her stints at the EEOC, Ms. Giantris was in private law practice, where she represented employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Laura, who also serves as Assistant General Counsel of the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), received her B.A. summa cum laude from Clark University in Worcester, MA, and her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was a member of the Executive Editorial Board of the Maryland Law Review.
