Ms. Judith A. Lampley
Director, Training

Ms. Lampley is a partner with Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP, the Washington, DC management-side labor and employment law firm with which EASI is affiliated. Since 1998, Ms. Lampley also has served as counsel and Director of Training to the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), an employer trade association specializing in equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance matters. Prior to that, she worked as a state legislative analyst and a director of human resources where she was responsible for all aspects of the employer/employee relationship. Ms. Lampley received her B.S. in business, summa cum laude, from Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York, and her J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law.
