Ms. Nancy W. Nelkin
Vice President

Ms. Nelkin joined EASI in 1999 to direct and assist clients with internal HR/EEO self-audits. Ms. Nelkin is particularly well-qualified to handle this function for EASI, after previously serving as Director of Human Resources for a technology company, where her responsibilities included compensation, EEO/AAP compliance, HRIS, and employee relations. She has extensive expertise in recruiting, selection, applicant flow, compensation, and performance evaluation systems. Her compensation experience includes job analysis, FLSA exemption determinations, compensation program design and communication, and internal and external equity analyses. She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia, and her M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
