Mr. Lakis is a partner with Norris,Tysse, Lampley and Lakis, LLP, the Washington, D.C. management-side labor and employment law firm with which EASI is affiliated. Since 2000, Mr. Lakis also has served as senior counsel to the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), an employer trade association specializing in equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance matters.
